Cut and match the wiring to make it work - OK
It was not a correct fit; so I cut the wires and made my own connections. It operated properly after matching up the wire connections

IN TEST MODE IT OPERATES, BUT DOES NOT REACT TO DEPTH OF WATER IN BILGE TO AUTOMATICALLY RESPOND
INSTALLED THIS 1100 GPH UNIT TWO WEEKS AGO. BILGE STAYED DRY UNTIL OVER-FILLING WATER TANKS FEED INTO BILGE @ 8 INCH DEPTH. BILGE FAILED TO ACTIVATE IN IT'S AUTOMATIC STATE. VERIFIED THAT I HAD 13 VOLTS SUPPLY TO UNIT. TODAY I REMOVED THE UNIT. TOOK IT TO THE BENCH AND LOW AND BEHOLD, IT ACTIVATED IN TYHE TEST MODE, BY PINCHING TWO FINGERS AT REAR FOR 5 SECONDS AS IS MENTIONED O THE PAPER WORK. NOW WHAT DO I DO WITH IT. DOESN'T EMPTY THE BILGE AS REQUIRED.
